This website contains much scattered information. In this section we try to answer most of the questions that potential and actual guests have asked over the years. Please bear in mind that details constantly change, and could be out of date. But the essentials remain the same, and Calypso gets better every year. We are gradually working on this section, so do not be surprised if some links do not work yet. A very good source of general information about Eleuthera is eleu.net, especially their discussion board. There you will learn that Eleuthera is not the US, which brings advantages and disadvantages. It's particularly important to do your background research if you have never stayed before on a remote tropical island - definitely not Disneyland, thank God!
